Melissa worked for the Diocese of Raleigh for eight years before coming to St. Andrews in December 2015. She enjoys working at a parish where she can assist ministry leaders and staff to effectively communicate all of the great opportunities at the parish. She brings knowledge of the Church from a diocesan perspective as well as experience working with many national Catholic organizations.
Melissa has been married to her husband, Ed, for 28 years. She has two children. Alec lives in Charleston, SC, and is an Occupational Therapist. He will be married in September of 2024. Emily is a recent graduate of the University of TN in Nursing and Public Health. She will begin her career as a nurse on the Bone Marrow Transplant floor of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in late summer 2024. As a family they enjoy traveling and spending time on their boat at Jordan Lake.
